The Story
I'm Ansgar. I'm a HYROX athlete, a PhD economist, and someone who spent the last twelve years building companies in healthcare. I also drink a lot of coffee.
Too much, probably. My Oura ring told me what I already suspected — afternoon caffeine was costing me deep sleep. Not dramatically, but consistently. Enough that my recovery scores showed it. Enough that I noticed the difference when I cut it out.
So I went looking for a decaf cold brew I could actually be proud of. Something with real origin, clean process, good flavor. I couldn't find it. The premium shelf was empty. Everything was either mass-market commodity or a DIY project.
I built DRIFT to fill that gap.
